This book brings together an array of articles on selected aspects of access to justice of LGBTI people in several legal cultures. The essays presented in the book were first delivered at the University of Bergamo in May 2015 during the final conference of the project Litigious Love: Same-Sex Couples and Mediation in the EU which has received funding by the DG Civil Justice of the European Commission (coordinator: Avvocatura per i diritti LGBTI – Rete Lenford).
